If a product is presented with a stock picture, please expect the item to arrive complete with all accessories, unless stated in the description.

All machines have been graded according and to comply with the manufacturer’s specifications.
They have been tried and tested, but not under heavy load.
We cannot give a life time for any of the graded stock we sell, as we are unaware of their previous usage before they arrived with us.
All machines are supplied dry, with no fuel or oil in the engines.
If a product comes with a battery, we cannot confirm if the charge will last more than the minimum manufacturer’s specification, but they are charging and are working.

PALLET DELIVERY
Due to the size and weight, some products cannot be sent out as parcels via regular courier services.Â
They will be secured on a pallet and delivered by a tail lift vehicle.Â

The Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you the right to return anything you buy within 30 days of delivery for whatever reason.

FREE RETURNS/REPLACEMENTS-30 days
If your order has been received in error, damaged or defective, we will organise a replacement /swap out free of charge.
RETURN CHARGES
If a machine has been purchased and is no longer required, within 30 days, the machine can be returned for a refund. There are charges for the initial delivery and collection plus a 10% restocking fee.
Where a replacement product is required, our policy is to receive the return of the original product, inspect it to confirm the condition is as advised before a replacement is sent.
If the product has been used and returned during the 30-day period, the amount of the refund will depend on the item’s condition and on any damage from use, cosmetic or otherwise.
We ask that returned items come back in original packaging. If they are not, and other packaging and collection services are needed, you must pay the extra costs.Â
We send out refunds as soon as possible but no later than 7 days of us agreeing to your refund providing your goods are returned to us. You are responsible for looking after the product until we collect it/receive it back.
Any item found not to be faulty or has been misused will be subject to a charge. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you have to hire a machine whilst your equipment is being repaired, neither The Mower Shack, nor the manufacturer of your equipment are liable, or will compensate for any hire charges that you may incur.
You must keep all boxes or pallets for up to 14 days after delivery. Failure to do this will incur a charge to supply and deliver a replacement.
Aspen 2 10% RenewableRenewable fuel for air-cooled two-stroke engines
Aspen 2 10% Renewable is an ethanol-free alkylate petrol that consists of 10% renewable content, extracted from residual waste from the forest and food industry, which reduces carbon dioxide emissions by up to 8%.
Aspen 2 10% Renewable is an alkylate petrol sold ready-mixed, with two per cent of the total volume made up of Aspen’s fully-synthetic two-stroke oil. Aspen 2 can be used with a range of different kinds of air-cooled two-stroke engines. These kinds of engines can be found in the likes of chainsaws, clearing saws, power cutters or hedge trimmers.
This fuel has been developed in close collaboration with professional users. The collaboration lead to the creation of a fuel with the minimum possible environmental impact and a significantly better working environment for users.
Aspen 2 is largely free of harmful components such as benzene and other aromatic hydrocarbons. It not only provides a better working environment for users, it also minimises harmful emissions, and in doing so keeps the engine cleaner. This clean fuel minimises the amount of carbon residue and deposits left on the engine, giving more even and efficient operation. The engine becomes easier to start up, and the fuel can be stored for longer periods.
